Blackford Street is our largest property: three buildings of eight two-bedroom apartments each, 24 units in total. It’s a great option if you’d like the option of a garage without paying for one you might not need right away.

Garages
Garages aren’t included in the base rent at Blackford Street, but are available to rent separately on a month-to-month basis, so you only pay for one if you need it.
